Welcome to the Chinese language resources website, developed by Confucius Institute in Auckland and the New Zealand Chinese Language Teachers Association (NZCLTA) to support Chinese teaching and learning in New Zealand primary, intermediate and secondary schools.
These resources have been: developed to align with the NZ Curriculum; written by experienced NZ teachers of Chinese; have been successfully trialled in classrooms; and can be selected or adapted for your class. Each resource is supported with guidelines and includes activities to practise and enhance language learning.
